To register your student for kindergarten, or for the first time in school, please bring birth certificate, immunization record, and proof of address (water bill, mortgage statement, rental agreement).

To transfer your student to Lakeview from another school please bring name and address of previous school, proof of address (water bill, mortgage statement, rental agreement).
